It is provided for informational and B2B communication purposes only and does not create a sale, license, pilot, partnership, investment, integration, service-level commitment, or binding commercial offer.

2. Requests, quotes, demos, and pilots

Any form submission, demo request, quote request, or business inquiry is only a request for communication. Any sale, pilot, license, integration, supply, deployment, payment service, data processing activity, or commercial cooperation must be confirmed in a separate written agreement approved by MagiQeye. MagiQeye may accept, reject, or not respond to any request at its discretion.

3. Business use and authority

Actual features, performance, availability, integrations, accuracy, data flows, legal responsibilities, warranties, and service levels depend on the product version, retailer environment, pilot conditions, local laws, and the signed commercial agreement.

7. Third-party services

The website or MagiQeye solution may refer to or interact with third-party services, including hosting, analytics, CRM, email, payment, RFID, retail software, mobile, and partner platforms. MagiQeye is not responsible for third-party websites, systems, terms, privacy practices, availability, or performance.

9. Prohibited use
